The Ghanaian rap scene has been quite tense
lately. On the one hand, the emergence of top artists like Sarkodie and
M.anifest has lit up the music scene. On the other hand, however, this
success has created a competitive atmosphere with rappers sending shots
at one another in diss tracks. The latest shot was fired this week, but
it came from an unexpected source: 11 year old Tutulapatu.
You
might remember Tutu from 2013’s “Talented Kidz” where the then eight
year old emerged as a winner after showing off some seriously sick bars.
The young rapper has continued to prove his worth and this week he also
showed that he’s not short on confidence when he revealed that he
thinks he is better than three of Ghana’s biggest rappers.
In
an interview with a local radio station, the youngster boasted, “EL,
Sarkodie and M.anifest should relax because I am the boss rapper.”
